What This Role Actually Is: This is a multiple-stream income model.

Real Estate:

• First 15 deals: 50/50 split while you learn our system
• 16th deal and beyond: 80/20 (you keep 80%)

Remodeling:

• First 15 projects: earn a percentage while learning the model
• 16th deal: you participate in profit at a partner level
• You earn on remodeling in addition to your real estate commissions

You are not capped. You are not boxed. You are not waiting for a 10-year ladder. You learn the entire ecosystem. A productive second-year agent in this model earns more than most agents ever do in traditional brokerages, because you’re not earning once… you’re earning across the life of the client.
