America's Hospitality Group (AHG) is hiring a dependable, professional Overnight Concierge / Front Desk Associate for a luxury residential high-rise in downtown Fort Lauderdale.
We're looking for someone who can work independently overnight, provide exceptional resident and guest service, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment throughout their shift.
Weekday and weekend overnight opportunities are being considered. Additional shifts may become available based on property needs.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist residents, guests, and authorized visitors
- Provide exceptional concierge and resident services
- Monitor front desk activity and follow property access procedures
- Assist with resident requests, packages, deliveries, and visitor access
- Maintain accurate shift logs, incident reports, and overnight documentation
- Monitor and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or property issues
- Follow established emergency response and notification procedures
- Communicate important updates to incoming shifts and property management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Support additional concierge and property needs as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Concierge, hotel front desk, night auditor, guest services, hospitality, luxury residential, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete written reports
- Ability to remain attentive throughout overnight shifts
- Weekday and/or weekend overnight availability

Overnight Shift – Part-Time
