About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Prior caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations in Los Alamitos, CA
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, trustworthy character
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts
