Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Hackensack, NJ, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial property transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing listing presentations, and guiding clients through the sales process. Daily tasks include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining relationships with current and potential clients, and conducting market research to price and position properties effectively. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts and other transaction documents in accordance with legal and regulatory standards, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and communicating regularly with lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction. The Real Estate Agent will also use online tools and marketing channels to promote listings, track activities in CRM systems, and attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on market trends and company practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate and Real Property fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, clear communication, and client advocacy.
