Responsibilities
- Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas.
- Laundry & Room Setup: Change linens, towels, and bedding according to hotel standards.
- Restocking Amenities: Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee/tea, and other amenities in rooms.
- Housekeeping Cart Maintenance: Keep the housekeeping cart organized and well-stocked.
- Common Areas: Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, and elevators.
- Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or broken equipment to the supervisor.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest inquiries or requests in a professional, friendly manner.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure rooms are spotless and meet quality standards.
- Time Management: Efficiently clean assigned rooms within a set time frame.
