Job Overview
We are a small lodging operation in the heart of Lynnwood seeking a Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Front Desk Agent's responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, providing guest services, and assisting with housekeeping.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Perform check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Respond to clients’ requests and complaints
- Ensure all rooms are clean and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Assist with laundry
- Clean and maintain public and work areas clean
- Available to work weekends and holidays
Skills
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic computer operation
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift 30 lbs
- Able to work independently without supervision
Job Type: Part-time, Full-time, day shift, overnight shift, holidays
Experience:
- Hotel Front Desk: 1 year (Required)
- Hotel Housekeeping Experience is a plus.
