Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring all information is accurate.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations through the hotel management system.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist with multilingual communication when necessary to accommodate diverse guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
