Job Summary for Part-time Auction Customer Service Representative (Sale Day)The Part-Time Auction Customer Service Representative provides customer support to dealers, buyers, and auction participants during auction operations. This role assists with transaction inquiries, processes auction paperwork, answers customer questions, and works with internal departments to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Work Schedule for Part-time Auction Customer Service Representative (Sale Day)
- Tuesday only each week (Sale Day)
- 8:00am - 9:00pm
- Not seasonal or temporary (Ongoing)
Rewards for Part-time Auction Customer Service Representative (Sale Day)
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

- Assist customers with auction, account, and transaction-related questions.
- Process vehicle sale documents, payments, and transaction records.
- Provide information on auction procedures, policies, and requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Support dealer check-in and customer service activities on sale day.
- Coordinate with Title, Registration, Transportation, and Accounting teams to resolve routine issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
- Escalate complex concerns to management when needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities for Part-time Customer Service Representative (Sale Day)
- Ability to deliver professional, courteous, and solution-oriented customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer skills (Email and Microsoft Word).
- Comfortable managing multiple customer requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or client support preferred.
Physical Requirements for Part-time Customer Service Representative (Sale Day)
- Office-based role with frequent interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Requires prolonged periods of computer and phone use.
- Occasional lifting of files or materials up to 25 pounds.
