Position Summary :
Understand operational differences between post-acute skilled nursing and assisted living. Demonstrate knowledge of clinical, financial, regulatory, and hospitality operations. Participate in quality improvement and compliance activities. Gain exposure to corporate leadership and strategy. Complete a capstone operational improvement project. Complete necessary 500 hours of experience to prepare intern to apply
for the Missouri Nursing Home Administrator License (based on passing the national and state boards).

Position Overview :
Type: Full-time; 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Environment: Operates in a professional office or remote office setting. Uses standard office equipment including computers, phones, scanners, and filing systems. Travel required to support community needs, training, and investigations.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job and include:
Standing, sitting, walking, changing of position, reaching, extending hands and arms, reach across midline, crouching, balancing, kneeling, stooping, bending, lifting or carrying 25lbs and push and pull 100 lbs.

Safety Equipment :
It is mandatory to follow safety policies and procedures including use carts when moving items as well as all personal protective equipment. Rather than lift heavy objects, break down items to smaller quantity.
Use of seatbelt when operating or traveling in a car. Handsfree cell phone use required, when operating a vehicle.
Mandatory reporting of all work-related injuries within 12 hours to supervisor with participation in required documentation.
Participation in our drug and alcohol testing procedures is a mandatory part of employment with this facility.
