🛠️ Responsibilities:
- ✔ Perform routine maintenance and repairs
- ✔ Address plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry needs
- ✔ Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks
- ✔ Maintain building systems and equipment
- ✔ Ensure grounds and common areas remain clean and safe
- ✔ Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- ✔ Assist with room setup, painting, and minor renovations
✅ Qualifications:
- ✔ Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- ✔ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- ✔ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- ✔ Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- ✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- ✔ Valid driver’s license preferred
