AmeriCare Plus, LLC | Dayton, VA | $17.00/hour | Part-Time
🕒 PT – 9 hours per week (morning hours) | 💰 Weekly Pay | ❤️ Meaningful Work
📅 Schedule: 4½-hour shifts on Tuesday and Thursday – morning hours preferred. No smoking and no pets in the home.

AmeriCare Plus, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver (CNA, NA, or PCA) to provide in-home personal care to a veteran client in Dayton, VA. This is a smoke-free, pet-free home with a consistent, predictable schedule — a great fit for someone who values stability and meaningful one-on-one work.
**Additional hours available, if willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Assist client with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
- Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
- Prepare light meals
- Provide medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
Requirements:
- CNA, NA, or PCA certification (online training provided for those interested in PCA certification)
- Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license
- Social Security card & 2 professional references
- Must pass background check per State and Federal requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Respectful and professional demeanor — experience with or appreciation for veterans a plus
