Position OverviewAmeriCare Plus is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Business Development Manager to champion our mission in the community. This role blends strategic outreach, referral partnership development, and operational leadership to help grow our agency and ensure exceptional service delivery.

You will also be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining our high standards of care and client satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Marketing
Develop and execute strategic outreach and marketing plans to promote AmeriCare Plus services
Build, strengthen, and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners
Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and professional meetings
Support community education, PR initiatives, and digital marketing efforts
Track referral trends, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to meet growth goals
Operational Leadership
Manage day-to-day operations of the personal care agency
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise caregivers and office staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Complete eligibility verification and obtain service authorizations
Collaborate with the RN, clients, and families to develop and update care plans
Oversee payroll, billing, reporting, and other administrative tasks
Proven experience in business development, healthcare marketing, or community relations (home care/healthcare preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of local healthcare networks, systems, and referral pathways
