We’re seeking a dedicated Agency Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team of caregivers who are changing lives every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the personal care agency
- Recruiting, Hiring, training, and supervise caregivers and office staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop care plans in collaboration with RN, clients and families
- Maintain quality assurance and client satisfaction
- Handle submitting payroll, billing, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Marketing and establishing referral sources
- Proven experience in healthcare, home care, or a related field (management experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong understanding of in-home care regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
