Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as the Director of Clinical and Patient Services at AmeriCare Medical Inc., located in Troy, MI. The role requires overseeing and managing clinical and patient services teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality home healthcare for our clients. Key responsibilities include developing training programs, monitoring patient care plans, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Director will also identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes while fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Home Healthcare
- Expertise in developing and implementing Training programs for clinical staff
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Active and valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role within healthcare or home care is highly preferred
