Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

- Monitor and document patient observations, noting any changes in condition or behavior.
- Support clients with memory care activities to promote cognitive function and engagement.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Facilitate social interaction and companionship through engaging conversations and activities.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation needs as required.
Skills
- Strong background in patient care, with experience in nursing homes or group home settings preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient observation techniques.
- Familiarity with working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and families.
