Responsibilities
- Lead and organize age-appropriate soccer practices and games, ensuring all participants are actively engaged and motivated.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork strategies.
- Promote sportsmanship, positive behavior, and respect among players of all skill levels.
- Monitor safety protocols during activities to maintain a secure environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and upcoming events.
- Assist in setting up equipment, maintaining field safety standards, and cleaning up after sessions.
- Support the development of players’ physical fitness through fun drills that incorporate elements of other sports like basketball or cheerleading when appropriate.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable.
