We are seeking an experienced Pizza Maker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Handle food preparation tasks including dough stretching, topping application, and baking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives
- Assist with menu planning to introduce new pizza varieties and seasonal specials
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Uphold high standards of food presentation and quality control
Experience
- Proven experience in food industry roles such as culinary aide, dietary department, or restaurant kitchen positions
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering services is preferred
- Prior experience working with pizza mandatory
