Position Overview 

• Schedule – This position offers a flexible schedule of Monday through Friday, with start times between 6-9am and end times between 3-6pm, depending on your start time (a full 8-hour day must be worked). Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm - Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs. There is an opportunity to move to a hybrid schedule after 6 months of employment.
• Compensation Package–
  • $120,000 - $140,000_/_Year

What We’re Looking For

• A minimum of 6 years of multi-state payroll experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of California, Oregon, Washington, and Arizona payroll law is required.
• CPP certification is highly preferred.
• Workday experience is highly preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience setting up Worker’s Compensation insurance policies is required.
• Bachelors degree is preferred, high school diploma/GED is required.

• Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Your Role

• Administer multi-state payroll, including processing new hires, terminations, payroll changes, reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Support accounting functions, including accounts payable, financial reporting, payroll journal entries, and investor reporting.
• Monitor and maintain total compensation programs, pay equity compliance, salary surveys, and compensation reporting.
• Maintain HR compliance programs, including OSHA reporting, EEO-1 reporting, workers' compensation administration, and HR records.
• Develop and maintain payroll and HR procedures, organizational charts, forms, and process documentation.
• Assist with HR technology initiatives, system implementations, workforce analytics, recruiting metrics, and special projects.
• Serve as a key resource for payroll, compensation, and HR-related inquiries across the organization.
