Assist the executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control
Help create and execute menu items and specials
Lead the kitchen in the Executive Chefs absence
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
