The Ideal Candidate Is:
- A natural leader with strong situational awareness
- Always attentive to their station, the door, and the dining room
- Polished, professional, and well-groomed at all times
- Proactive—never needing reminders to stay on the floor or focused on guests
- Passionate about guest experience and sales opportunities
Experience
- Previous fine-dining or upscale casual serving experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff alike
- Knowledge of food safety standards and service protocols
- Ability to remain energetic, positive, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with POS systems and reservation management tools is preferred

Pay: $ $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 48 per week
