Key Responsibilities:
- Update and Maintain Digital Assets:
- Update and manage product datasheets, images, and specifications on internal and external platforms.
- Ensure that product images, descriptions, and other digital assets are accurate and consistent across all marketing channels.
- Organize and categorize digital assets to ensure easy accessibility for the marketing team.
- Assist with Visual Content Creation:
- Help design and edit digital assets, including social media images, banners, email templates, and product images.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual assets are on-brand and align with current marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Coordinate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure the timely delivery of accurate product information.
- Provide support to the marketing team in preparing for product launches, campaigns, and other key initiatives.
- Data Entry and Organization:
- Input and update product data and marketing information in digital asset management systems.
- Help maintain an organized library of digital assets for easy access and use by the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and asset management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
