American Workforce Group has partnered with a locally owned Paver company located in Tacoma, WA looking for a Scheduling Coordinator!

Description for Scheduling Coordinator:
- Managing daily schedule for site crews, leads, and internal staff
- Helping with other office tasks such as; filing, data entry, inventor, office communications
- Generating leads with potential customers
- Energetic and sales based knowledge
- Must be willing to participate in community events out of the office. Such as networking events, community involvement, and pop up events
- Must be willing to drive to Olympia 20% of the time
Details for Scheduling Coordinator:
- Pay: $20 an hour ( Bonus Structure)
- Schedule: Retail schedule, Monday-Sunday availability, must be able to work weekends
- Shift Hours: 10AM -8PM availability during the week and weekends, 30-40 hours a week
Requirements for Scheduling Coordinator:
- Customer service
- Experience with Microsoft Suite including but not limited to Excel, Word and Outlook
- Sales and lead driving experience preferred
