American Workforce Group has partnered with a local steel company in Woodland who is looking to staff a detail oriented candidate for their front desk position. The perfect candidate would have experience working multi-line phones, be skilled with computers and proficient with Microsoft Office, and will be ready to hit the ground running!
Description of Office assistant
- Answering multi line phones.
- Greeting customers and directing their needs to the right departments.
- Will be responsible for filing management and answering emails in a timely manner .
Details of Office assistant
- $ 18- $19 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- Full time
- Temp to hire
Requirements and Qualifications of Office Assistant
- Must be familiar with excel, word, and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented and willing to learn.
Physical Requirements of Office assistant
- Some background restrictions may apply.
- Must be able to pass pre- employment drug screen.
