American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier, locally owned patio paver company serving Thurston, Pierce, Lewis, and Clark Counties looking for a high-energy Inside Sales & Office Coordinator. Description for Inside Sales Coordinator:
- Staff a professional showroom to actively engage visitors and promote high-end hardscape services.
- Generate and track high-quality leads (Earn a $100 bonus for every lead that turns into a job!).
- Educate potential customers on project options, materials, and service benefits.
- Manage daily scheduling for site crews, sales leads, and internal office staff.
- Support office operations including filing, data entry, inventory tracking, and team communication.
- Attend community events, networking opportunities, and pop-up promotions at various locations.
Details for Inside Sales Coordinator:
- Pay: $22.00/hour $100 Bonus per converted lead
- Schedule: Retail-style schedule (Monday – Sunday availability)
- Shift Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM availability (30–40 hours per week)
- Status: Weekends are required and non-negotiable.
Requirements for Inside Sales Coordinator:
- Must be a confident communicator who enjoys engaging with the public.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in scheduling and office management.
- Travel is required; must be willing and able to drive to Vancouver, WA for certain shifts/events.
- Reliable, professional, and a true team player.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including every weekend.
