Description for Fabrication Assistant:
- Use specialized spray guns to adhere raw materials to prepared production molds.
- Operate diamond cutoff wheels and power tools to trim and finish composite parts.
- Work alongside the fabrication team to keep production targets on schedule.
- Prepare, clean, and detail manufacturing molds and dies.
- Follow all shop safety guidelines and keep a clean workspace.
Details for Fabrication Assistant:
- Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour (DOE).
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Gear: Work boots are required.
Requirements for Fabrication Assistant:
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and handle physically demanding industrial shifts.
- Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Confidence using power tools and a strong willingness to learn composite trades.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test; background restrictions may apply.
