What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator w/ WoodWop or Millwork Programming Experience position at American Wood Design Inc.?
-Position will include but not limited to Homag Sawtec Beam Saw, Weeke Vantech CNC, and Gannomat Bore and Dowel Machine
-Need to have the ability to use a computer, email, Microsoft Teams
-Must be able to Program using Woodwop, Cabinet Vision or an equivalent independently.
-Supervisor and manage others to work as a Team
-Precision and accuracy needed
-Knowledge of speed, feeds rates
-Ability to preform routine maintenance.
-Need excellent time management skills
-Background in field required
-Work well with others, especially Engineers sending pre-written code to the machine
-Coordinate work leading into a shop production environment
-Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds
-Knowledge of materials: plywoods, MDF, particleboard, laminates
-Must have driver's license and own form of a reliable form of transportation
