Outside Sales Representative

American Window Film is looking for a personable, professional, and hard-working Outside Sales Rep/Field Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, is self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within our company. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and working in a fast paced environment.

In this role, the Outside Sales Rep/Field Estimator will travel to appointments throughout their territory, meet with customers, match their needs with American Window Film’s products and services, accurately measure windows to identify project scope, produce a high volume of estimates and pursue new opportunities. The purpose of this role is to connect with potential customers and provide them with window film and graphics solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
• Meet with clients onsite to understand their project goals, take measurements and advise them on which products would help achieve their desired outcome
• Build estimates based on architectural plans and work with general contractors to provide accurate and timely proposals.
• Make sure all estimates are accurate and delivered on time
• Proactively manage a sales process within the company CRM
• Provide great customer service to our clients and represent the company in a positive and professional manner
• Demonstrate teamwork ability to collaborate with multiple departments on projects
• Other duties as related and directed
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong attention to detail and polished organizational skills
• Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or PDF-XChange is a plus
• Excellent communication (oral/written), sales, and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Must have a valid Driver’s License

PAY RANGE: $50,000-$55,000/year base salary 4% monthly commission

(TOTAL SALARY RANGE: $80,000-$100,000 /yr)
