Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Mankato, MN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will help clients buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties by conducting property showings, listing presentations, market analyses, and negotiations. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and reviewing contracts and disclosures, coordinating inspections and closings, and maintaining accurate transaction records. The role involves providing consistent client communication, delivering high-quality customer service, and collaborating with colleagues and partners (lenders, inspectors, title companies) to support smooth transactions. The Real Estate Agent will also stay current on local market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements to advise clients effectively.
