The Opportunity.
We are seeking a design-minded, high-performing Sales Professional to sell premium, high-ticket exterior remodeling projects. This role is primarily residential and consultative in nature, working with homeowners who value quality, design, and durability.
This is not a transactional sales role. Success requires structure, consistency, professionalism, and the ability to guide clients through significant investment decisions.
We provide training, systems, and support. Results come from execution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales appointments with qualified prospects
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Design and estimate exterior projects using modern technology
- Deliver professional presentations and proposals
- Close high-value exterior remodeling projects
- Network and build long-term client relationships
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success
Occasional use of a ladder or property diagramming may be required.
