Job Summary: Freeman Generator Service is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic customer solutions representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and scheduling appointments for our whole home generators installations and services, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs and goals.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide product information, pricing, and technical support
- Schedule appointments for in-home consultations and installation services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads in our CRM system
- Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client success and achieve revenue targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Representative.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of generators and familiarity with relevant technologies is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
