The Lead Water Restoration Technician oversees water damage restoration projects, ensuring effective assessment, planning, and execution. This role involves managing a small team, coordinating equipment use, and maintaining safety and quality standards to restore affected properties efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assess water damage and develop restoration plans
• Operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently
• Lead and manage a team of 1-3 technicians
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with customers throughout the restoration process
• Document restoration progress and maintain accurate reports
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
• Respond promptly to emergency restoration requests
• Prepare job sites for restoration activities
