American Water Damage is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing Southern MN team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral partners throughout the Southern MN market. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and success of our restoration business.
Responsibilities
- Develop new referral relationships through networking and face-to-face sales connections.
- Maintain and strengthen existing accounts through regular visits and follow-up.
- Promote American Water Damage's emergency restoration and reconstruction services.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to increase market share.
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales or business development experience preferred.
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or property management is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Comfortable making cold calls and developing new business opportunities.
