The Opportunity
You will serve as a critical operational leader, driving the successful execution of warehouse logistics, inventory control, and fleet staging. This role allows you to manage critical supply chains and optimize material fulfillment while working within an employee-owned culture that directly values your leadership. You will have the autonomy to streamline operations with the support of a leadership team that knows you by name.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient material receiving, storage, and staging for field crews.
- Manage high-value inventory control processes, minimizing material discrepancies and maximizing accountability.
- Coordinate material staging with installation leads to ensure all necessary tools and products are loaded accurately.
- Maintain organized, clean, and hazard-free warehouse environments in strict accordance with company safety protocols.
- Implement strategic inventory tracking systems to streamline order fulfillment and minimize project delays.
- Delegate responsibilities to warehouse personnel to maintain strict daily timelines and operational budgets.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of dedicated warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to lead warehouse crews, optimize space layout, and manage shipping/receiving with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills necessary for maintaining accurate documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with project managers, field leads, and vendors.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to upholding a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Advanced proficiency with digital inventory management systems and tracking software.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, training, and developing junior warehouse staff.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, forklift operation, and hazard prevention.
