- Conduct merchandising activities, including product placement, inventory checks, and promotional displays at customer locations.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities during deliveries.
- Handle lifting with safe practices, including loading and unloading products while adhering to safe lifting procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records for accountability and efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, route delivery, or sales within a retail or wholesale environment.
- Strong knowledge of route driving, merchandising, and customer relationship building.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Experience in automobile transportation or commercial truck driving preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, safe lifting practices, and organizational skills necessary for route planning and execution.
