Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production activities and support project scheduling
Provide excellent customer service, primarily over the phone
Manage and move inventory; assist with organizing warehouse materials
Oversee installation teams and ensure projects stay on schedule
Complete and maintain all required paperwork and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving issues over the phone
Ability to collaborate with sales and installation teams
Basic knowledge of inventory management
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
