What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting using modern sourcing strategies and tools
- Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding
- Coordinate interviews and create a seamless, positive hiring experience
- Build and improve onboarding workflows and employee processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and make strong hiring decisions
- Support retention through engagement initiatives and follow-ups
- Proactively identify and help resolve employee-related challenges
- Track recruiting performance, tools, and spend
What You Bring

- Detail-oriented and accuracy-driven—you catch what others miss
- Highly organized—you bring structure and clarity to complex work
- Experience in recruiting, HR operations, or people coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleSoft, etc.) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to $86,000
- 100% company-paid health, dental & vision (90% for family)
