This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality care, and consistent caregiver coverage.Job DescriptionThe Care Manager is responsible for scheduling and assigning caregivers to clients, ensuring all shifts are covered, and acting as a fill-in caregiver when necessary. This role also includes supervising and supporting caregivers, addressing issues in the field, and maintaining strong communication with the team.Responsibilities:Create, update, and manage caregiver schedulesAssign appropriate caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and needsAct as a fill-in caregiver when coverage gaps occurMonitor caregiver attendance, performance, and punctualityCommunicate with clients regarding scheduling updates or concernsSupport caregivers with day-to-day questions or issuesEnsure compliance with agency standards and state requirementsMaintain accurate records and documentationCollaborate with admin team to ensure smooth daily operationsApplicant Requirements:Experience in scheduling, care coordination, or home care management preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to step in as a caregiver when needed (HCA/CNA preferred)Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentValid drivers license and ability to travel locally*Available after probation period of 90 days
