We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented home inspectors to join our growing team. Licensed inspectors are highly preferred; however, we also welcome applications from individuals who have successfully passed the National Home Inspector Exam (NHIE) and are ready to complete their supervised ride-along inspections. We provide mentorship and hands-on training to help qualified candidates gain the experience needed to become fully licensed.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential home inspections throughout the DMV area
- Evaluate homes in accordance with state standards and company procedures
- Identify and document defects, safety concerns, and maintenance items
- Prepare clear, accurate, and professional inspection reports
- Explain inspection findings to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company
Qualifications
- Current Home Inspector license in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC preferred
- Candidates who have passed their NHIE and need to complete the required ride-along inspections are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to write detailed, accurate inspection reports
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Must provide your own inspection tools and equipment
- Ability to climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, potentially walk on roofs, and perform the physical requirements of residential home inspections
- Must pass a background check
