AVS Companies, a national distributor of vending and amusement equipment, seeks an experienced vending service technician in its Irving, Texas facility.
Primary duties will include: preparing machines for sale, machine fault diagnosis and repair, machine delivery and pickup.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a vending machine repair technician
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
Candidates should possess the following skills and attributes:
- Basic electrical and mechanical skills
- Sound understanding of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to multi-task
- Take direction from management, then act independently once directed
- Be detail oriented
- Be a team player with a “can-do” attitude
- Refrigeration knowledge preferred, but not required
- Ability to read schematics preferred, but not required
