The Office of Faculty & Administrative Support Services (FASS) is seeking to hire student assistants to support our admin support staff and the Information Desk.
Essential Functions
- Answer and transfer call to the appropriate office.
- Greet and assist with visitor check-ins.
- Distribute event/class information.
- Assist with loading dock calls.
- Assist with the Apparel store.
- Posting.
- Typing.
- Scanning.
- Filing.
- Data entry.
- Copying.
- Part-time.
- 10 hours per week.
- $17.95 - $18.00 per hour.
- The student should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have great communication skills.
- Must have a confirmed FWS award if applying Fall/Spring semester.
- This position is available only to enrolled American University students.
