Summary

Job Description:

The Undergraduate Enrollment Assistant will support the SIS Undergraduate Program office’s recruitment and enrollment activities. This is a federal work-study position with a schedule that will vary across the semester, with a maximum of 10 hours per week.

Essential Functions

• Communications development.
• Data entry.
• Event marketing.
• Program representation at Enrollment events (candidates must be available on most, if not all, of these dates for events: 10/12/26, 11/6/26, 2/13/27, 2/28/27, 3/26/27, 4/3/27, 4/11/27, 4/23/27).
• Meeting with prospective students.
• Leading tours of the SIS building for prospective students.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work

• Part-time.
• 10 hours per week.
  
  

Salary Range

• $18.40 - $18.50 per hour.
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• Current SIS undergraduate student with a work study award.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Customer Service focus is essential.
• Comfortable moving event tables/chairs and able to lift 25 pounds.
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Previous experience working at AU campus office.
• Knowledge of Canva.
