Job Description:
The Part-Time Event Data Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of collecting and tracking data on CTRL’s programs and events. In consultation with the Assistant Vice Provost and the other CTRL staff, they create, update, and test CTRL’s SharePoint-based event registration and attendance database, manage attendance tracking, create data dashboards of the attendance patterns at all of our programs, as well as create, disseminate, and summarize feedback surveys and evaluations of all CTRL events. Concluding each academic year, the Event Data Coordinator coordinates the collection of data and other information from CTRL staff, and designs and summarizes this information into CTRL’s Annual Report.

Job Description:
The Part-Time Event Data Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of collecting and tracking data on CTRL’s programs and events. Essential Functions
- Work with existing SharePoint tools and systems to create updated event registration forms and data dashboards.
- Think creatively and develop new data visualizations and ways to streamline processes.
- Develop timelines for project management.
- Other tasks as needed to support the Center’s activities (e.g. event support for large events).
- Part-time.
- Student.
- 20 hours per week.
- $18 per hour.
- MA/MFA candidate or degree holder or Ph.D. candidate.
- Strong data management skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience with database management.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Experience working with SharePoint and related tools (InfoPath, SharePoint Designer).
- Experience working with Qualtrics.
