Job Description:
Summary:
Student employee will be assisting the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing with all facets of the AU Athletics ticket sales and box office operations.
Essential Functions:
- Participating in box office operations, customer service, will call, and reconciliations at our ticketed sports of men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling.
- Administrative/Office Work.
- PA announcing.
- Gameday support.
- Other tasks (as needed) to support the Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales team.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
- Part-time.
- 10 hours per week.
Salary Range:
- $17.95 per hour.
Required Education and Experience:
- Must be a current AU student.
- Strong customer service skills.
