Role: Network Security Analyst I
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months (with two possible one-year renewals)
Start Date: July 15, 2026
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage server vulnerability remediation activities using ServiceNow IT Remediation Workspace.
• Work closely with Cyber Security, Server Operations, and Change Management teams.
• Create and manage vulnerability remediation tasks, change requests, and configuration items.
• Present remediation-related changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
• Track remediation progress, approvals, implementation status, and closure documentation.
• Coordinate remediation efforts across Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), and Citrix environments.
Required Skills:
• 3 years of experience coordinating enterprise server vulnerability remediation.
• 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Change Management and IT Remediation Workspace.
• 3 years of experience with CAB processes and change management.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server, and Citrix infrastructure.
• Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in government, regulated, or large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with CSOC, Infrastructure, and Application team vulnerability workflows.
• Experience with emergency or out-of-band remediation activities.
• Exposure to audit, compliance, and security evidence collection processes.
