Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple high-profile IT projects under the direction of the CIO.
• Develop business requirements and project plans.
• Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Provide project status reporting and executive-level communications.
• Coordinate with business units, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation, metrics, and reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Required Skills:
• 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Strong experience managing projects in Healthcare Insurance IT environments.
• Experience with project planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Experience using SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other project management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Preferred Skills:
• Medicaid or Healthcare Delivery Systems experience.
• PMP or PMI Certification.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
