Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations, with experience overseeing day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Strong Operations Management skills, including planning, organizing, and improving production processes to meet business objectives.
- Proficiency in Production Planning, including scheduling, capacity planning, and coordination of materials and resources.
- In-depth understanding of Manufacturing Operations, including quality standards, safety practices, and Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team development, performance management, and effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Experience working in a high-volume, precision machining or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data, use manufacturing KPIs, and make sound decisions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
