Description
American Traveler is hiring a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week rotating shift assignment in Wyoming.

- Acute care hospital setting performing general diagnostic ultrasound studies
- Modalities include general abdominal/OB and small parts ultrasound
- Rotating shift schedule
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound program or equivalent required
- Current BLS and ARRT certification required
- ARDMS registration required
- Active state license required if applicable
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include performing complete ultrasound studies, patient positioning, equipment calibration, and documentation of findings
- Assists radiologist with ultrasound procedures and provides verbal reports to radiologists and other providers
- Cross-training in Echo, Stress Echo, and non-invasive vascular exams expected
- Experience in non-invasive vascular and echocardiography exams is preferred
- Hospital experience preferred
