Description
American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a general ultrasound assignment requiring 2 years of experience and Epic proficiency.
Details
- General ultrasound unit within an acute care hospital setting
- 4x10-hour day shifts with start times of 6:30 AM or 11:00 AM
- Opportunity for on-call during overnight shift
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound/sonography experience
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active professional license required if applicable
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Former permanent employees of this facility must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler
- Former permanent employees must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Minimal to no RTO is preferred for this position
- Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in termination of assignment
