Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Pediatrics position requiring an active SC RN license, Epic EMR proficiency, and night shift availability.
Details
- Inpatient pediatrics unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:30)
- 20-week contract
- Epic EMR is used; 1 year of Epic experience required
- Floating to other Prisma Health units and/or campuses may be required based on census needs; staff will only float to units they are qualified for and tasks within their demonstrated competencies

Requirements
- Active SC RN license or compact license currently in hand (pending licensure not accepted)
- Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and NRP required
- Minimum 1 year of recent pediatrics nursing experience required
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- NICU experience preferred but not required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from all Prisma Health facilities to be eligible for the travel pay rate; candidates residing between 90–99.9 miles may be considered at a reduced rate
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration; approval is based on facility availability
