Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring a valid NE or compact RN license and at least 2 years of OR experience.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting with 6 operating rooms and an MRI suite
- Nurses are assigned to a specific OR room and may be moved once their room is done or at change of shift
- Day shift, 10-hour shifts from 0600–1630
- Monday through Friday schedule with Mondays off; no weekend rotation
- No floating required
- Call availability is preferred for candidates willing to take it
- EMR/charting systems used: SIS and NextGen
- Medication system: Omnicell
Requirements
- Active RN license — Nebraska (NE) or Compact license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
Additional Information
- Orientation is approximately 2–3 days
- Green scrubs are required and will be provided by the facility
- Willingness to take call is a plus but not explicitly required
